Position Overview
Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Internal Wholesaler to join their Private Wealth team. This individual will play a key role in supporting relationship management and business development efforts across wirehouses, regional broker-dealers, and independent platforms. The role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with investment, compliance, and operations teams while gaining exposure to the private wealth distribution landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of strategic relationships with wirehouses and broker-dealers to drive product placement and business growth.
  • Deliver high-touch service to product origination and research teams at partner firms.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the firm's investment offerings, systems, and processes to support client needs.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
  • Manage and update client and prospect data in the firm's CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Coordinate client meetings and presentation materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop an understanding of partner firm structures and business models.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience at a buy-side firm.
  • Experience with broker-dealer and wirehouse sales channels strongly preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Enthusiastic about in-office collaboration and contributing to a high-performance hybrid culture.
