Accounts & Finance Senior Manager

About the company:

• Singapore based single family office

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, audit, tax, and finance control related matters.
• Oversee full set of accounts
• Prepare and review month-end and year-end closing
• Conduct financial analysis to support initiatives and investment decisions
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, government authorities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and tax filing requirements
• Support system and process enhancement projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 10+ years of finance experience related to investments, including private equity, real estate, equities and fixed income, with significant experience within financial institutions
• Experience in accounting, finance operations, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Professional accounting certification preferred
