We are currently working with a substantial Agricultural commodities trading house, based in Singapore, who are seeking a self-motivated oilseeds trader to join their operations . The candidate would be responsible for initiating the proprietary trading strategies for the company and driving the business forward with a focus on South East Asia. The candidate should have a good knowledge of this market and should have some key experience in the following;

- Agricultural Commodity Prop Trader - Oilseeds
- (Oilseeds Complex, Soybeans, Soybean Meal, Soy Oil, Wheat, Corn, Palm Oil, By-Products)
- Work closely alongside the Head of the Trading team
- Exposure to risk management - must demonstrate have managed risk.
- Proprietary trading with outright positions & relative value spreads in various Futures exchanges.
- Trading Volatility and calendar spreads.
- Hedging of oilseeds and products derivatives for physical pipeline
- Strong Physical / Derivatives Commodity Knowledge
- Position taking - futures, options
- 3-4 years experience running a prop book.
- Experience working in a trading house and / or financial institution
- Be willing to be based in Singapore
- Be prepared for travelling to drive business forward.
- Must Speak English
- 8-10 + years of Industry experience in a commercially focused role
