A leading Hedge Fund in London is looking to take on two European Equity analysts to help build on the success they have all ready . The fund has won numerous accolades and is widely regarded as an excellent organisation to work for.
The fund is looking for someone to analyse European equities with a generalist focus. Once hired, the ideal candidate will sit directly next to the fund manager in order to be able to manage money within a couple of years. The position also allows you to sit on the investment committee and therefore your recommendations are always carefully considered.
Responsibilities will include:-
-Assigned responsibility for stock picking across 3-4 key European sectors.
-Material contribution to fund managers` performance by selecting the most appropriate stocks
-Idea generation and challenging fund managers` positions
-Manage fund managers for fund specific needs - UK, Pan-European and Global
-Urgent delivery on decisions to buy or sell investment holdings
In order to apply you must be CFA qualified or working towards Level 2 CFA.
Only applicants with buy side experience will be considered at this stage. The ideal candidate will also have an excellent educational background.

You will be taking the position of a team member that has recently moved into portfolio management and will be trained and mentored to do the same.The team currently consist of individuals from high calibre institutions and the organisation very rarely lose team members.
