We also undertake annual retained searches, where we design and execute a campaign to cater exactly for the client requirements over a determined period of time.

For assignments where a client has numerous on going mandates to complete and wants a dedicated team of consultants and account manager to ensure success throughout this time. A significant amount of time will be required to profile and identify the correct candidates, and an annual retained service enables us to deploy all necessary resources to place the right individuals within the chosen time lines.

Alongside our annual retained service we can also offer clients the opportunities for campaign advertising. This is largely instigated at the client’s request for high volume and niche positions. Once we have a full understanding of our client’s requirements we will present our recommended approach. On client approval this approach we will then be implemented, with our advertising knowledge used to negotiate preferential rates. Following this all response handling, interviewing, short-listing, testing and reporting will be undertaken by Selby Jennings.
