When asked to provide this service we arrange for a Director and one or more relevant divisional heads to meet with you and discuss in detail the mandate of the role and the desired candidate profile from both a business and cultural perspective.
We agree the terms of the retained assignment and instruct a team of researchers and consultants to produce a shortlist of individuals for interview and then appointment.

The team have access to up-to-date and comprehensive market ‘maps’, enabling us to identify candidates who are not actively on the market. We are trained to approach them proactively, discreetly and appropriately to understand under what circumstances they would consider joining our clients. These “passive” candidates prove particularly effective for niche or high demand skill sets, or senior vacancies.
The team have a global reach, and play a key role in Selby Jennings strategy for filling vacancies throughout Europe, US, Middle East and Asia. The team are also able to approach, qualify and present specific individuals or teams to clients where appropriate.
