Trader - Interest Rate Prop Traders : Canada
In Current Vacancies, Trading JobsA well-established Canadian bank is looking for an Interest Rate Prop Trader to develop its expanding trading operation.
Within this role your daily responsibilities will include:
· Proprietary Trading and Investment fund management.
· Pricing and sale of financial derivatives, dealing mainly with swaps and options.
· Some trading of FX products to maximize profitability and to hedge existing positions.
· Perform marketing and financial analysis and evaluation of the impact of changes in pricing policies.
Successful candidates for this role will:
· Be of Associate to Vice President level in terms of experience in a Proprietary Trading role.
· Have an in-depth knowledge and experience of the Interest rate market.
· Have a proven track-record of success in a Proprietary Trading role.
· Strong academia and an ability to work under pressure.
