The team trades a range of interest rate products including but not limited to options, swaptions as well as light and heavy exotics. The desk is looking for traders who have a proven track record of generating substantial P and L by taking risk on options as well as a thorough understanding of exotic risk. Traders should be a director level upwards although the desk will consider genuinely outstanding candidates at VP level. Language skills and experience trading the Japanese market will be advantageous but the main criterion is to have a proven track record of making money.
