In Current Vacancies, Structuring JobsOne of the top US banks, boosting very healthy profits this year has a headcount to bring on a product development and structuring expert to take derivative products and wrap them with a fund format and then package them, market and push out to institutional, insurance and asset management clients both in Europe and Asia. Role will also include tax, regulatory and legal work. This team is lead by a respected name within Structuration and he is looking to hire a Senior Associate/ Vice President level candidate to take a senior position in his team. Ideal candidate will have exposure to structuring of equity or fund products, ideally capable of optimizing wrapping skills, products development and developing trade ideas. Any tax, legal qualifications, accounting skills a massive advantage. Any exposure to hedge fund products, fund derivatives or UCITS and SIFs a real advantage. Superb role- potential to progress to director level on offer and excellent reumeration package.
