Conduit securitization structurer / originator - associate : London

My client is a top European-based bank. They require an associate level structurer with experience in securitization of deals for their conduit vehicle to in their London based team which covers Germany, Austria, Benelux and France conduits transactions. The successful candidate will have experience in originating and executing deals, as well as being involved in all facets of the process; origination, execution, negotiating deals, communicating with lawyers and rating agencies etc. European language skills would be particularly useful and experience of working on deals in mainland Europe will be important.
