In Current Vacancies, Origination / Syndication JobsSenior top quality syndicate candidate is required to fill a senior role in a Sydney based team focusing on SSA flow products at an expanding tier two investment bank. The ideal candidate will come in at at least VP level and will be groomed to eventually take over the day-to-day running of the team further down the line. Products are mainly vanilla fixed income securities and candidates with origination or structuring experience in this area may also be of interest as long as you have knowledge of pricing and execution and understand borrowers. You must have an excellent understanding of arbitrage pricing, flow, taking risk and risk management. An ex-trader could also be a good candidate for this role. The team is medium sized with a smaller team in Tokyo; if you have language skills such as Japanese or Mandarin to cover the Asia Pacific market this could be helpful. Candidates should be willing to relocate to Sydney with its attractive lifestyle and culture.
