ECM originator : Hong Kong
In Current Vacancies, Origination / Syndication JobsTop tier US bank is looking to hire both Senior Associate and also director level ECM originators to join its successful team in Hong Kong. Ideal candidate will have a strong background in origination pitches and execution of equity capital market deals that include IPOs, Add-On
Offerings, Convertible Bond Offerings and Blocks/AGTs ideally to corporate clients. Successful candidate will be expected to draft pitch books and presentations, perform market research and also credit analysis of the transactions. Any technical and modeling skills a real advantage as the role may incorporate structuring the deals. Successful candidate should have exposure to Asian transactions though client would look at non Asia based candidates with exceptional profiles. Mandarin or Chinese or Japanese language skills a real advantage but not essential.
