Responsibilities include:

- Structuring fixed income derivatives products for corporate and institutional clients in Japan

- Pricing of fixed income / interest rates products and preparation of pitch books for presentations to clients

- Supporting senior structurers and speaking with sales staff to help structure products in the most effective and saleable way

Skills Required:

- Experience of structuring Fixed Income / Interest Rates products for Japanese clients

- Very high knowledge of the Japanese market

- Fluency in Japanese is essential

- Excellent communication skills

- Idea-generation experience and strong problem-solving ability for corporate and institutional clients
