In Current Vacancies, Corporate Finance Jobs, Analysis JobsOur client, an exclusive corporate finance boutique, is seeking analyst or associate level female M&A professionals to join its London offices in the heart of Mayfair. Suitable candidates will have:
- A background working on public or private M&A transactions in the corporate finance department of a ‘Big 6’ accountancy firm, investment bank or consultancy.
- A strong level of financial literacy, including financial modeling ability (DCF etc) and fluency in basic accounting methods.
- Experience working on a range of M&A transactions, preferably in the European markets.
You will be working to provide highly bespoke corporate finance solutions (M&A, ECM & DCM) to a variety of European blue chip companies. It is essential that you are comfortable with a client facing role, and have a fascination with taking companies apart and understanding what makes them tick. This is the ideal opportunity for an M&A professional who wishes to make a large and visible impact on deals, with excellent re-numeration available. It is particularly desirable if you are female.
