Origination / Structuring – Islamic Finance

A top global Islamic liquidity provider, with extensive backing and a rapidly expanding footprint across Asia and the middle east current seeks a mid-senior structure / originator to join their Malaysia office. The position would be to join at a VP – Director equivalent level. Ideal candidates will have strong experience within Islamic finance and an excellent knowledge of the products within, e.g sukuks. The position is to be based in Malaysia with frequent travel to the Middle East and also around Asia.

Responsibilities for Origination / Structuring – Islamic Finance – Malaysia

• Originating shariah compliant products
• Covering across the fixed income and FX spectrum primarily
• Creating and pitching innovative products
• Travelling frequently globally to enhance the presence of the firm

Skills / Attributes for Origination / Structuring – Islamic Finance – Malaysia

• Excellent knowledge of Shariah / Islamic compliant products.
• Experience within origination / structuring / DCM.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Based in, or prepared to relocate to Malaysia.
