Leveraged Finance- Consumer- Corporate Lending
Rare opportunity to join a market leading leveraged finance/ lending team focused within the food and consumer US market. My client a well renowned Managing Director and head of Leveraged finance is looking to recruit a Vice President to his Chicago based team.
The Role
- Structure and execute leveraged middle market healthcare loans for financials sponsors and corporate clients.
- Origination of corporate loans/ lending for consumer/ general industrials/ technology
- You will be working in a group that manages the credit underwriting, approval and monitoring of the loan product extended to clients of the US Investment and Corporate Banking Group in the Food & Consumer sector
- Successful candidate will join a team of 8 based in Chicago covering US and Canadian clients
The Candidate
- Important to have skills in financial advisory, credit structuring, portfolio administration and relationship management
- A solid understanding of leverage and investment-grade spectrum is desirable
- Successful candidate needs to have experience of lending/ leverage finance in the food and consumer sector
- My client can only hire VP/ Director level candidates
- Skills in cash flow and asset-based loans/ leveraged buyouts/ acquisitions and cash flow loans is important for this role
- Essential to have experience in leveraged finance and ideally the correct permit to work in the USA.
