Responsibilities include:

• Structuring fixed income derivatives products for corporate and institutional clients in Japan

• Pricing of fixed income / interest rates products and preparation of pitch books for presentations to clients

• Supporting senior structurers and speaking with sales staff to help structure products in the most effective and saleable way

Skills Required:

• Experience of structuring Fixed Income / Interest Rates products for Japanese clients

• Very high knowledge of the Japanese market

• Fluency in Japanese is essential

• Excellent communication skills

• Idea-generation experience and strong problem-solving ability for corporate and institutional clients
