ETF Product Development/ Structuring

My client a top asset manager is looking to hire an ETF Product development Associate for its London office. rnrnThe Role

• Working as an ETF structurer

The Role

• Working as an ETF structurer you will report to the Head of Product Development and work on pricing/ structuring and marketing ETF products
• You will work closely with the retail and institutional sales force, focused on Pan European clients to create new products/ develop index based structurers and fund structures
• Working in their ETF group, your role will be the driving force behind new products opportunities, through to the launch of the product. This department is currently a market leader for Europe
• Role involves Product Development- working on large and complex projects and working closely with legal and regulatory colleagues/ whilst also working on research/ strategy and development. You will take the role of Product Specialist in the team.
• My client is looking to make this hire as soon as possible and will hire a fund structurer/ ETF specialist from a bank or hedge fund

The Candidate:

• My client has one headcount for an Associate level ETF structurer
• Essential to have experience in either ETFs/ mutual fund industry or fund structuring and working knowledge of the ETF market
• Essential to have a strong educational background, and have excellent communication skills
• Strong Academics and degree from a top University in Maths/ Science/ Engineering or Finance is desirable
• Any European languages desirable especially French/ German or Italian
• A sound understanding of the ETF structuring world is important
