Soft Commodities & Agricultural Options Trader

An exciting, challenging, senior opportunity has arisen at a new fund in Connecticut, USA. They are looking for a senior soft commodities and/or agricultural be their head trader, building up a team of professionals under them.

*** TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE YOU NEED TO ALREADY HAVE CITIZENSHIP OR THE RELEVANT WORKING VISA NEEDED TO UNDERTAKE EMPLOYMENT IN THE US ***

• Experience within options is essential; futures, and swaps, exposure would also be interesting but not necessary
• Knowledge of ICE and LIFFE
• You need to show that you have positive PNLs for a number of years; please provide PNLs with your application
• Developing trading strategies
• Arbitrage and relative value; knowledge and implementation is important
• Experience placing trades/prop trading is essential
• You must be ready for a fast paced, challenging environment
• This will be an environment that someone who is able to work in a small team will thrive in

They are looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible; so it is essential that you apply as soon as possible if you are interested in this role.

Salary Range: The fund has significant backing and therefore pay will be in the form of a base salary and a discretionary bonus.

For this position they are looking to pay 200K+ USD Base Salary – dependent upon seniority levels they can pay more or less (150-300K USD)
