Outstanding tier one boutique bank currently looking to expand its flow credit sales presence, with a focus on bonds (investment grade, high yield or distressed.)…Outstanding tier one boutique bank currently looking to expand its flow credit sales presence, with a focus on bonds (investment grade, high yield or distressed.) As a result of record profits last quarter, our client is aggressively expanding its European credit sales team and is looking to add 15 people in London with a client base in Italy or Scandinavia. They have a strong balance sheet and this is genuinely an opportunity to earn more than you ever dreamed off in a bulge bracket bank. They have recently hired fixed income sales candidates from top tier banks and pay very very well with GBP100k - 125k basic with 35 - 40% PnL. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bond salesperson to join an ambitious institution with market leading research and new issuance/origination. Successful candidates will:

- Be of at least VP level experience in terms of flow credit sales.

- Have a strong European client list

- Preferably have clients based in Italy or Scandinavia.

- Have a very thorough understanding of cash bonds.

- Have a strong track record from a market leading institution.
