My client is Leading US Investment Bank, with a huge presence and position in a range of global markets and an excellent reputation for its . The bank is best known for its highly successful and ever growing Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Group, a business that trades a large variety of products with a very successful team based in New York. Through the continued expansion we have an opportunity for a Senior C++ Developer to join in a leading position on the Credit Desk in New York. You will join a team of technologists, quants and traders in a highly business facing role which will emcompass the design, development and implementation of front to back solutions for all aspects of the business.

The ideal skill set for Senior C++ Developer, Front Office Credit Trading Business;

• C++
• Unix/Linux
• Scripting
• Extensive experience with pricing and analytics
• P&L
• VBA, excel
• A background in credit including Bonds, Loans, CDS

Responsibilities for Senior C++ Developer, Front Office Credit Trading Business;

• Pricing
• Analytics
• Risk models, analysis and reporting
• P&L
• Leading various ad hoc and long term projects
• Liasing closely with the business

This is a great opportunity for an experienced C++ developer coming from an impressive FICC background to take a senior role in a growing credit business. You will gain exposure to a huge range of products and work directly on the front office desk, enabling you to establish yourself as a key figure in the business. The team is rapidly expanding globally and you will be expected to take a great amount of responsibility on the NYC desk, thus you will need to be motivated and able to work under pressure
