Consultant/relationship manager for pension funds

My client is a strong player in the Fund of Hedge Fund and Long Only market. They are now looking to expand their fast growing…My client is a strong player in the Fund of Hedge Fund and Long Only market. They are now looking to expand their fast growing and progressive London based team. The team has a strong and aggressive sales platform and a very sophisticated portfolio management platform and they are now looking seeking an experienced Consultant Relations individual to cover the Pension Fund Consulting market – primarily in the UK but also on a global basis. They are seeking an individual with a strong academic background and a proven track record in the financial markets. This is a role where the successful candidate will be in touch with large financial/pension consulting firms on a day to day basis. Strong understanding of these firms or previous employment a pension consulting firm would be advantageous. The team are happy to consider an individual who has been handling Consultant Relations for an asset management firm.
Key skills required:Good understanding of the pension consulting industry in the UK and/or Europe
-Strong sales and communication skills
-Excellent knowledge of financial markets
-Willing to join a dynamic, fast growing team
