The role is a new position, which has been formulated due to large profits in the bank which have now been turned into headcount. This success of the group will also continue into 2012 and the team in due to grow two-fold again over the next 12 months.

The role…….

• Manage team of 8 analysts/officers within Compliance department
• Responsible for the effective running of the compliance function
• Maintain and develop the compliance framework
• Ensure the Risk Function is entirely compliant with financial regulations
• Provide the Head of Compliance with regular performance reports

Ideal Candidate…..

• 6+ years experience within a compliance department
• Strong management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English speaking
• Willing to relocate to Germany
