Investment Manager – Long – Short Equity/Commodity fund : London

A leading Investment management firm is adding an analyst to their team in London. You will join a two year training program with the opportunity to progress to portfolio management.
The role will include :
• Supporting investment decisions; Identifying the best markets within equities and commodities to support views.
• Supporting Risk Management; constructing portfolios
• Development of Monitoring systems; developing real time automated Information systems.
• Investment management
In order to be considered for the role you must have previous experience in a similar role at Analyst/Associate level, looking at the fundamentals within a range of commodities, capacity based markets. You must also possess financial modeling skills and have a good understanding of futures and options.
