A Mid-market Private Equity find in London with an aum of $1.2bn and a global out look is, expanding in London and is …A Mid-market Private Equity find in London with an aum of $1.2bn and a global out look is, expanding in London and is looking to appoint an Oil and Gas or chemicals M&A Associate /Vice President from a top tier Investment bank to work on a range of cross sector transactions in the Oil and Gas and chemicals sector. With a busy deal Pipe line in the Oil and Gas and Chemicals sector my clients are looking to take advantage of the current market conditions.

To apply for this role you must have the following:

- Must have M&A experience with exceptional financial modelling skills.

- Must have experience in the Oil and Gas or chemicals sector at VP or associate level.

- Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in M&A from a top bank or M&A House.

- Must have good communication skills.

- Investment banking training from a top tier bank would be preferred but not a must

This is an ideal opportunity for a Oil and Gas or Chemicals M&A Banker at VP or Associate level with experience working on transactions in the Oil and Gas or chemicals sector who wishes to move to a top mid market Fund in London and get involved in a rapidly changing corporate buyouts landscape in the sector.
