Market Access C++ Developer

A well respected worldwide Investment Bank now seeks a Market Access C++ Developer to work in their Hong Kong office. As a C++ developer you be technically strong and will have experience working on high frequency, low latency or real time projects in the past. Reporting to the Head of Market Access, the C++ developer will work on some challenging design and implementation projects and will study the impact of their trading systems. The C++ developer will be able to feed off the experience of the rest of the team and will be able to progress through the managerial hierarchy.

Responsibilities of the Market Access C++ Developer – (C++, Market Access, High Frequency, Low latency, Real time)

• Development of multithreaded, high frequency systems
• Working on full project life cycle development
• To play a lead role in the design, implementation and support of some of the most critical functions of the business.
• Code on market access programs

The person – Market Access C++ Developer – (C++, Market Access, High Frequency, Low latency, Real time)

• Experience working on a high trading platform
• Strong multithreaded C++ skills
• Experience working in a bank or a hedge fund
• Someone who can work under pressure and who can interact with traders

The ideal candidate for my client would be a strong high performance C++ developer who has a strong market access background and has worked in a highly multithreaded, high frequency environment in the past. However, somebody who has one out of the three and the ability to learn new skills quickly will be considered. The C++ developer can expect to progress through the business as a result of their continued hard work and also to be paid a highly competitive basic salary with an extremely generous bonus scheme.
