Italian/German Speaking Client Services

My client, a market leader within the securities industry , is currently looking for a junior client services with a prior background in the xcellent client care to their institutional clients based all over Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Take care of client queries and deal with issues for them ( account configuration and funding, trade and margin analysis etc.)
• Collaborate with other departments to investigate customer inquiries in regards to trade-related issues
• Assist in the implementation of enhancements of different systems and procedures through the analysis of existing behaviours

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent client services skills and be ready to be in touch with clients all the time, through phone, emails etc.
• Likely have two years experience within the financial services industry – preferably with trading or brokerage services
• Speak Italian and German – French or Spanish always beneficial
• General market knowledge
