Investment Analyst

My Client is an extremely successful fund that controls over $6Billion in investment. This is an exciting opportunity that is rare to come by, as king to expand by adding a young intelligent candidate to their team. The Firm`s offices can be located in London, New York and Hong Kong and provides the opportunity for an individual to travel and grow while simultaneously progressing their career. The analyst recruited will work closely with Senior Analysts and the Portfolio Manager to be mentored and trained, providing them with the skills to progress quickly and the opportunity to advance into more Senior roles over time.

The successful candidate will have top academic credentials in addition to either 1 or 2 years of relevant sell or buy side research, working for a top investment bank. Ideally the candidate will also have an understanding in covering the Nordic markets and be able to give investment ideas regarding particular stocks. Strong accounting, financial modelling, technical and writing skills are also necessary requirements.

The Role

• Working closely with Senior members and the Portfolio Manager to influence investment ideas.
• Writing short notes in the form of a presentation to the investment committee
• Being trained to stock pick by senior analysts.
