This firm offers an entrepreneurial and autonomous work environment where ambitious developers are rewarded directly for what they put into their work. Successful applicants will work directly with traders, financial engineers, and application developers to build and enhance multi asset trading systems. The work will be 80% client side GUI , 20% server side, developing on Windows and serverside on Linux.This is an opportunity for an ambitious developer to learn the trading business, work with the most sophisticated tools, and test their own ideas. Successful junior trading systems technologists (Core Java) will exhibit the following talents;

Bachelors or Masters Degree majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Expert Core Java is essential - programming in Core Java ( swing is a plus)
Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Trading industry knowledge is a plus.

Above all, raw talent and exceptional Core java knowledge is a must.
