They are looking for a potential candidate…My client a top U.S. investment bank is looking to expand their ECM coverage of Latin America. They are looking for a potential candidate to fill a Director position covering Equity Capital Markets of Brazil. The position is based in New York and is offering a highly competitive package.

Responsibilities

• Covering Equity Capital Markets of Brazil

• Running a team of 4 to 6 people

• Playing an integral role in establishing the platform by supporting the Americas

• Responsible for origination and execution of Equity & Debt Capital Markets transactions, including IPOs, Block trades, Public Bids, Equity Derivatives structures, Debt

Skills Required

• Must have knowledge of Latin American emerging markets,

• Must be able to speak Portuguese

• Must be an Equity Capital Markets Originator
