My client a top European investment bank is looking to for a emerging market structure with real estate capabilities to take on an senior vice dent/ director level role focusing on the emerging markets. The responsibilities for this role will include assisting emerging markets transaction execution, which involves guiding the issuer through the new issue process from start to finish. Any talented senior emerging market structurers who are familiar with real estate products and equity would be a great fit for this role. This includes participating in EMEA structuring with Real Estate capabilities. Ideally having worked on Equity or equity financing deals in the commercial real estate world and with some experience in eastern European transaction. You will be developing bespoke products to clients specific needs. You will be working closely with senior management to help map out new client bases.
Skills Required

• Must have knowledge of EMEA markets
• You must either be an vice president or director level originator
• Must have experience in emerging markets/ real estate and equity structuring
• This role specifically deals with real estate transactions so you will be at an advantage if this is your area
• You need to be hard working and dedicated to becoming the next director of this area
• You will need to be comfortable in a client facing role
