Required skills for Director, Head of EMEA Algoritmic Trading (Algorithmic, Implementation Shortfall, VWAP, C++, Java, SQL, KDB) role:

Efficient in algorithmic/numerical programming in C++ or Java.
Expertise in time series data analysis.
Familiarity with SQL or KDB.
Market microstructure modelling, portfolio risk, option pricing.

Responisibilies for Director, Head of EMEA Algoritmic Trading (Algorithmic, Implementation Shortfall, VWAP, C++, Java, SQL, KDB) role:

Overseeing the development of trading signals, tactics and strategies to be incorporated into the firm`s algorithmic execution strategies.
Development of new strategies, etc, in coordination with the global team.
Performance monitoring and attribution.
