Debt capital markets Origination

The role below is with a rapidly growing team based in London. They have a mandate to increase their coverage of central European clients CEEMEA regions. They are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and ambitious individuals who would be able to join this team.

My client is a director at one of the worlds most renowned Debt capital markets teams based in London; he has specifically requested to speak to Associate to V.P level candidates with experience originating debt transactions across Europe. Within this team you will be working on the following processes, preparing pricing and market updates, you will also be developing client presentations, proposals and updates. An important part of this role is to be responsible for maintaining /developing relationships with financial institutions and originating European denominated primary issuance of corporate bonds, CDs, equity and asset backed securities. This is a very client facing role so you will be responsible for production of marketing materials. You would be responsible for origination and execution of debt and regulatory capital transactions and analyzing capital structures, debt and growth forecasts of corporate and FIG clients to advise on refinancing, new debt issuance and liability management.

My client is looking for the following qualities and skills,

• You will need to be friendly, and a great team player with the ability to face clients and develop relations in new markets

• Your skills must be Debt Capital Market related and relevant

• You will need to be comfortable in a client facing role

• This team dose not focus on a specific client base so this is not a limiting factor
