I am working with a fantastic opportunity for a potential candidate to join a highly reputable DCM team. My client is looking for Russian variety of positions between associate and V.P. The roles are based in London however will involve travelling to Russia and other eastern European countries.

Responsibilities:

Developing the client relations in EMEA countries
Pitching to clients to develop business
Marketing, structuring, and origination of bespoke DCM products- high yield/ investment grade/ vanilla bonds
Modelling of financial, accounting, cash flow and economic impacts of debt restructuring transactions, and evaluation of the overall impact on the capital structure.
Origination of high yield/ vanilla debt and subordinated debt
Skills Required

You will need to be fluent in Russian or other eastern European languages
You will need to be experienced in DCM, having focused on eastern European countries would be a plus
This will be a client facing role, so you must be comfortable to travel.
My client is looking to hire an experienced Debt capital markets professional, working on an emerging markets EMEA team.
