The strategies of the…A leading global multi-strat hedge fund based in Mayfair are looking to hire a Chief Risk Officer for its London operation. The strategies of the fund include, structured credit, equities and FX options. The firm has offices in London, Zurich and New York. The CRO for UK will be reporting into the Global CRO in Zurich and the CEO in London.

The firm is looking for a commercial risk manager who is able to link P&L of the fund with the risk and be able to adapt the risk strategy to any adverse market changes. The CRO will be responsible for giving sign off on most big trades or deals within the fund and he will be held accountable for the success and failure of the outcomes.

The CRO will be working with the lead PM, strategist and quant to improve the performance of the fund. Significant bonus rewards on offer. The CRO will be the first point of contact surrounding risk issues to investors and will be liaising with the funds prime brokerage liaison.
