Relationship Manager for CIB

My client, a European financial institution, is looking to recruit an experienced Relationship Manager to their cash management division in the Corporate Investment Bank. In will be responsible for the European cash management revenues of a portfolio of large US and Asian corporates. You role will involve :

• Proactively building and maintaining client relationships and understanding of their businesses
• Delivering high levels of client service including problem solving and developing individual client action plans
• Developing an extensive knowledge of European market practices and trends
• Preparing and delivering client pitches
• Developing internal working relationships across the business and communicating ideas and feedback
• Global business travel

Successful candidates for this position should demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

• 3-5 years of experience in cash management, most likely in a relationship management or business development capacity
• Demonstrable experience in delivering excellent standards of client service, follow-up and managing a portfolio of key accounts
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-specialist audiences
• Fluency in both French and English are an essential requirement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
