Energy Private Equity; Director; Brazil

Our client is a leading international Private Equity firm who are currently looking to add a Director level profile to their Private Equity team. To xperience of the Energy industry in Latin America AND be a fluent Portuguese and Spanish speaker. The role will be joining the team in Brazil and will have management responsibility for the Energy sector. Interviews are currently ongoing.

Responsibilities:

• Origination and Execution of Energy related Private Equity investments for South America
• Participate in existing portfolio investments, analysis, valuation and portfolio management
• Assist in Exiting of transactions
• Management of Associates within the clients Latam Energy coverage

Requirements:

• Must be a fluent Portuguese AND Spanish speaker
• Must have experience covering Energy related transactions
• Must have 5+ years of experience from a Top Tier investment bank, Consultancy or Private Equity House
• Must have prior experience or a genuine interest in Latin American markets
