Corporate Finance and M&A Director

A Sovereign fund in Saudi with an aum of $5Bn and a global out look is, expanding in Saudi Arabia to facilitate this expansion . They are looking to appoint a Director with corporate finance or Investment banking experience from the region to work on cross boarder transactions in the Saudi and Middle Eastern Market. With a busy deal Pipe line across the sectors in the GCC market my clients are looking to take advantage of the current market conditions.

• Must have M&A or Corporate finance experience with exceptional financial modelling skills.

• Must speak English.

• Must be based or willing to relocate to Saudi.

• Must be at director or executive director Level.
