Client Services Manager

My client are a leading quantitative fund manager with circa $17 billion in assets. They are considered one of the largest European alternative asset , with offices in Asia and the UK. Due to their ever increasing success, they are looking to add an investor services manager to work closely with the sales team in Europe.
The Role:

• Work closely with the sales team in order to address client queries and requests.
• Assist with business development activities- liaising with third party distributors and client on boarding.
• Preparation of marketing materials, RFPs, RFIs and DDQs.
• Gather data from the sales team to compile written responses.
• You will be responsible for creating presentations and drafting requests regarding investment strategies.
• Maintain a good understanding of institutional clients and therefore aid the client services team in drafting effective literature.

Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience working in a sales support/RFP role for a financial institution.
• Able to demonstrate strong writing and grammar skills.
• Demonstrate to the highest ability the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
• A good understanding of the institutional financial markets on the buy side.
• Pay close attention to detail and produce written literature to the highest and most accurate ability.
