Admin assistant for junior clients services

A highly recognised and well placed asset management firm are currently looking to add to their client services team in London. The firm have global xcellent progression opportunities. You will be selected to represent the Client Servicing department in the UK and Europe, and to assist with the client-facing and operational elements of the Fund. You will be working directly with the fund managers as a key part of the client services team and therefore have the ability to build key client relationships.

In order to apply you must:-

  • Be working within a financial services company – ideally asset management, hedge funds or investment banking.
  • Have Good Microsoft office skills – excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience working within an administrative role within a financial firm.

Please note that this is a junior level position therefore experienced client services applicants will not be considered.

Visa Sponsorship will not be offered by this firm therefore all applicants must be based in the UK and have approval to work indefinitely in the UK.

Your Responsibilities will include:-

  • Liaising with and working alongside the European Marketing Team for Prospect/Client presentations.
  • Assisting with client/fund manager mailing.
  • Ensure that post-meeting notes are saved to the client files.
  • Ensure that all marketing literature in the London office is up to date and on display.
  • Liaising with Clients on Anti Money Laundering documentation requirements.
  • Maintain current client and prospect client contact details and distribution lists.

The ideal candidate will be currently working as an assistant/PA in a financial firm with substantial Administrative duties and be looking for a role where they can expand this into a more client focussed position.
Your key responsibilities will include Assisting with the administration process therefore experience of the following is essential:-

  • Collating Client Meeting information
  • Update the Meeting calendar and Presentation spread sheet.
  • Maintaining and distributing the Client Meeting spread sheet for Client/Prospect Presentations and timings.
  • Ensure the Marketers and Fund Managers have all relevant documentation / Client Presentations required for existing and potential client visits.
